     Well we are all getting older, if there is one thing that no one can stop it is that, aging.  But have you ever noticed that some people’s metabolism never seems stops.  They are fit and healthy for years, and without trying?  Well, they have what you would call an incredible metabolism.  What is that, (for those of us who don’t have it…)  A metabolism is the holy grail of all the health conscience, simply put it is the rate at which your body burns calories.  Burning calories = Awesome!
